Thank you for your feedback. Appointments are of 10 minutes duration and sometimes this is not enough time especially if you have more than one thing to discuss. When some patients have 2 or 3 problems then we can give a double appointment but this has to be requested at the time of booking

The receptionist are very helpful and professional, the lady doctor is very good, can't say much about the male doctor, I once wrote a letter of complaint, and because I complained, he is now refusing to see me, which is causing a delay in seeing a doctor, as this only leaves me to see the lady doctor, who doesn't work Tuesday, Wednesday, hence delaying me in getting to see a doctor, which I believe is unfair, not a good service. I do want to take this further if it doesn't get resolved by the surgery practice manager.
